For students in grades 6–8, the Independent Studies Program provides a flexible, hybrid, self-paced learning model designed for independent, motivated learners. Guided by credentialed teachers, students complete coursework online using the Edgenuity learning management system, with regular check-ins to ensure progress and support. Students are required to attend on-campus, in-person instruction once a week to receive direct guidance, enrichment, and academic support.
This program accommodates diverse learning styles and schedules, making it ideal for students pursuing extracurricular commitments, early graduation, or alternative education paths. Personalized learning plans help students stay on track for college and career readiness.
Students are required to attend an in-person orientation to complete their enrollment.
